About the event
These classes are FREE to all social service providers, residents, community leaders. We will discuss topics like brain health, communication, deescalation, nutrition, and finances. Class will be at The Lighthouse Community Center on Tuesdays from 4pm-5pm with the fellowship meal following from 5:30-6:30pm.
