A community employment and career pathway resource where compassion, integrity and dignity drive our focus to empower employment success and serve our community.
Purpose
A non profit organization that provides job readiness skills, community outreach through local resources, partnerships and self-empowerment towards employment and self-sufficiency. Our services primarily serve South Central Iowa and are free because of partnership with UnitedWay of Central Iowa and the many organizations and individuals that participate by donating in our annual Friends Campaign.
